Inheritance Property Law

Rents can be raised when the lease is finished and it’s time to renew it. In case of any dispute, they need to file a case to the municipality’s rent Control Committee. Real Estate Law Number Seven


Estate Government of Dubai passed this law in 2006. This law reduces the restriction on foreigners related to property ownership in Dubai. the foreigner was not allowed to hold ownership of land and building properties in Dubai according to UAE estate laws. After the implementation of this Law, foreigners or nonresidents can obtain property ownership on rent or lease. It must get approved by the State Government of Dubai and the duration of a property lease for any property is around 99 years.
